Your reservation requires credit card and phone number, your reservation will be secured by credit card unless you are using a gift voucher.
Arrival 10 minutes prior to your treatment is requested, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
If you are running late for 15 minutes or more , your appointment are cancelled with a 50% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation. If customer insist to carry on the appointment then treatment duration will be cut off due to the delay.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, as a courtesy, please inform us a minimum 24 hour notice for cancelling your appointment to avoid the full charges for your unused treatment time. A 48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package reservation, multiple services, or for parties of three or less. Larger parties require a 1 week notice for cancellation. We’ll be able to rebook you at no extra cost. All no-shows will be charged at full value.
